Everyday Range Review

Posted in

Many of our everyday range were sent to different individuals who mostly NHS staff to wear during their shifts or everyday activities. Below you can read their experiences and thoughts on our everyday range after wearing them for a period of time.

What a chaotic day!🤯 Yesterday, we had over 150 examinations and only 2/4 working rooms! Safe to say I literally didn’t stop except for my lunch break😰 With some superb teamwork we managed to get through the workload and keep patients waiting as short a time as possible👍🏻

Normally after a day like this, my legs and feet would be KILLING me, but luckily I was trying out the @fitlegseverydaylife Everyday Compression Socks and they saved me (swipe to see➡️)! The compression socks were very comfortable and made each of the 7,500 steps I did much more bearable. If you work in healthcare like myself or are someone who’s on their feet all day, I would HIGHLY recommend getting a pair of the @fitlegseverydaylife compression socks – trust me, they make a world of a difference!

I was very kindly #gifted a black pair from the Everyday range but they do all sorts of different colours if your uniform policy is not strict☺️

Suffering from achy legs after a long 12-hour shift is a nightmare, therefore I have been wanting to get myself a pair of compression socks for a while now! Luckily @fitlegseverydaylife kindly gifted me these compression socks! 🥰

As a nurse/student nurse being on your feet, all day on a 12-hour shift causes your legs to swell. Compression socks minimise swelling of the legs due to reducing lymphatic fluid. Therefore compression socks improve blood circulation and stabilises muscle tissue in the legs also. Lastly, they also prevent varicose veins by regulating the pressure in your legs!

The compression socks are £13.95 and so worth it. I can’t wait to be wearing them out to placement in November! 👩🏼‍⚕️ #gifted

Let’s talk about Compression Socks
– There are so many benefits to wearing compression socks.
– They help the circulation and prevent you from getting Deep Vein Thrombosis.
– They improve the blood flow and prevent you from getting tired and aching legs. I use these on my 12.5hr shifts and help my legs so much.
– It helps me to continue working hard as I don’t have to worry about my legs aching.
– They can also help with swelling of your feet and ankles.

(ad) I wouldn’t describe myself as an active person. But running around after two kids makes you move a lot more than you expect.

I find myself needing to sit down a lot because I am achy and tired. A warm bath is an absolute godsend and is needed most days to calm my muscles. I’m hypermobile too, so my body takes a bit more of a battering than most.

I’d heard of compression socks before, but only in terms of reducing the likelihood of blood clots when I was in hospital having the babies or on flights. I hadn’t heard of using them to reduce leg fatigue, and honestly, I was a bit sceptical.

For me, wearing these compression socks feels like when you first get into a warm bath and you feel the relief in your muscles. I definitely notice a difference when I don’t wear them (which has made them a little addictive 👀).

They have a lot of fun colours and designs, but as always, I’m drawn to the blacks and neutrals and I feel like I can wear these in my day-to-day outfits.

I’m also a huge sensory seeker in that I love deep pressure (light tickles are a no-no). So compression socks do the absolute most for me and I find myself reaching for them when I need to regulate my sensory needs.
